Make It Clear was appointed to redesign a consolidation of two Cambridge University Press's oldest and most profitable content platforms.We wanted an agency which both got under the skin of the requirements and existing problems, and which was committed to user-centric design, in order to challenge our assumptions and to deliver a product that genuinely met the meets of needs of our end users, whilst balancing that with business objectives. We're delighted with the outcome and continue to work with Make It Clear both on this project and others.
